7. How do you calculate the future project cost ?


Based on discussion with client or document from the client, we prepare the User Requirement Specification for our internal use. First draft the URS contains some assumption for which we have not received the sufficient information from client. Scope of the work drafted with first URS is discussed among the Business, Domain and Technical team. Incase there is need to get more information from the client Business team get those from client. Once Final draft of the URS is finalized, a technology which has to be used is finalized after discussing with client. Once we have URS and technology which has to be used, we know how many man days it will be taking of different team. Based on the man days for the different team we calculate the project cost.

Yes our software projects managers have Good English communication skill. As well as our projects managers / team can use French, Spanish and Hindi. Also we can arrange for German, Japanies, Chines , Arabic and Rusian Translator incase required. Also our software interface can be in any mentioned language as per your requirement.

10. What warranty does Shrasa Technologies provide on a product ?


We have standard 1 year warranty for any business logic or technical problem as per the business rule at the time of purchasing products or development of any project. After 1 year we charge 20% product or project cost of software as annual maintenance fee. Incase of our standard products we cover new update also in the annual maintenance. Any new features in the project is charged based on the per man days as per the agreement at the time of development contract.

11. Is it possible for your personnel to visit us ?


Yes, it is possible for us to personally visit you. We will be visit to any where in the world with notice of 15 days. For outside India, HK and UK, you have to bear the cost visit incase that is before the finalization of project which has to be paid in advance.

Yes, we have prototype ready for tour operator, rent a car, HR , Finance and Ticketing System .We can arrange for the demo as per the your convenience.

All the copyrights are with Shrasa unless it is specified at the time of project agreement.

Yes, we will be able to integrate new system with your existing system after studying what level of integration can be done. Also we can further do development work in your system incase that is required. We can also do testing and documentation of your existing system.

Before the actual start of the projects we also gives the list additional software and hardware require for installation and usage of project / product. We charge 2% of hardware cost as consultancy fee incase you want us to enquire and procure the product available in market.
