all Operations from front
desk to services management
to the web arena.

Hotel’s employee Management
Here we will have facility
to specify accessibility rights
for each user of the software.
The super administrator of
the software can set and manage
privilege for each user.
For Example, the Marketing
Manager of a hotel can be
given permission/privilege
only to view booking details
and is not given permission
to add or edit any booking.
2. Rooms and other
resource information
An overview of each room having
details about the facilities
in a room along with a photograph
of a room can be generated
for a guest to see at booking
counter itself.
While inserting the details
about each room or a set
of rooms having same facilities
and price, other taxes for
those respective rooms can
be specified, which will
automatically be calculated
while making the bill. The
rates for rooms can be specified
in different currencies.
Even we can specify the
rate of separate nationalities
people.
3. Advance Booking
Management
This facility will
enable the system to keep
track of details about advance
booking and receipt generation,
etc. There will be facility
to pre-pond or post-pond
or cancel the advance booking.
While booking the room,
it will display a list having
date-wise availability of
rooms in a hotel. It will
also display next availability
of a room in case a guest
has specified the departure
date and time in advance.
4. Booking Management
Details of booking
activity can be managed
here. At the time of booking,
services to be provided
and reminders asked by a
particular guest can be
stored for better management
of resources.
5. Guest Database
Management
Guest details will
be stored along with the
accompanying people. There
is facility to add Emergency
contact details also. Once
the guest data has been
inserted there will be no
need to insert again for
future booking.
6. Services Management
All the services
information will be managed
here. These services can
be anything from pickup
facility at the airport
or railway station to doctors
etc.
7. Room Resources
Management
This section will
manage all the resources,
which changes every day
or every month for rooms
and other resources. Removing
the old Item from room,
adding new one and Managing
and missing or broken Item
details. This section will
also cover the attendant
assignment and changing
for room.
8. Kitchen Management
All menu information
will be stored along with
the time when it is available,
type of food (e.g. Chinese,
Punjabi etc), Food category
(e.g. Veg/Non-Veg etc.).
Room service charge can
be in percent of the total
price or as fix price for
each item. So all the orders
from room can be managed.
Also if a guest staying
in a hotel room places an
order from restaurant, that
order can be added into
his account directly.
9. Business Associates
Management
Details of other
Hotel that handles booking
for your hotel and bookings
done by your hotel for other
hotels can be managed. Associates
details and all the transaction
details with those associates
will come into this section.
10.Tour operators
and travel agent management
As per hotel’s
rule details of business
through Tour Operators can
be stored here.
11. Local Business
Associates
The services that
are not available in the
hotel and therefore, hotel
have done some tie-up for
those services; such information
will be stored here. For
example, tie-up with a golf
club.
12. Account Information
This has all the
account related reporting
facility for all the sections
of the software.
13. Reports for
better analysis and decision
making
All sort of the
report will be available
for better decision-making
based on the available information.
14. Printed bills
and letters as per the requirement
In all of the sections
where the bills or any written
documents are required there
is facility to print. At
the checkout time, bill
can be generated.
15. Reminder
Reminder for one
self for some work or to
other at specified date
and time can be set.
16. Message Boards
Short Messaging System can
be incorporated for all
of the crew of a Hotel having
mobile phone. This facility
will enable the system to
send Short messages on mobile
phone, informing or giving
a reminder about any kind
of event like meetings or
discussions.
17. Quotation
Most of the time quotation
is collected from various
vendors for comparison.
System allows you to enter
quotations into system.
System automatically generates
a comparison statement of
various quotations in cross
tab format and helps you
to place Purchase Order.
18. Requisition
Internal departments whenever
requires material, say for
manufacturing, they write
their demand on Requisition
Slip. Every material given
to department is against
a Requisition Slip Number.
System allows entering requisition
slip into system and analyzing
those. You can get reports
like for a particular period
which department asked for
which material. Requisition
register, Requisition Note
printing, etc. is also available.
19. Purchase Order
Purchase Order is placed
whenever a new material
has to be bought. Every
material that comes in should
ideally come from purchase
order mechanism. A purchase
order is given to an entity.
When that entity fulfills
purchase order it is accepted
and entered into stock.
System can print purchase
order and generate purchase
order register.
20. Gate Pass
When some material goes
out of the firm campus it
is registered and allowed
in the form of gate pass.
Gate pass informs security
to allow gate pass holder
to take the material described
with him. When material
is back, then also it is
informed. System then generates
gate pass register, which
displays, which entity has
taken which items and accordingly
pending material list is
also generated.
